I was there twice in the one week in May 2025, and I had all the vegetarian and vegan tapas options essentially. I was also there twice in Nov. 2022 and I was curious was it still excellent. Well, when it comes to vegan and vegetarian tapas options, it is one of the best again, on the whole island. The other one would be the Restaurante Hesperides in Teguise, 15 mins. away by car. There are the top two for me. In the Majo Picon, I had the bread and a glass of red wine at first on both occasions. The first evening I had (1) the Grilled Goats Cheese with Green and Red Majo, (2) the Canarian Potatoes "Arrugadas with Green and Red Majo, and (3) the Roasted Pumpkin with Walnuts and Palm Honey. On the second evening, I had (1) the Majo Picon style "Papas Bravas" Chips, (2) the Roasted Eggplant with homemade Garlic Mayonnaise, Green Majo, Cumin, Palm Honey, Pickled Onions, Fried Almonds, Sesame Oil and Coriander, and (3) again the Grilled Goats Cheese with Green and Red Majo, (4) the chocolate cake, and (5) an Americano coffee. Every item was delicious and presented excellently. The service and ambiance was great too, as well as the value for money. Highly...

Really a beautiful gem in the heart of Tinajo, actually the best food experience in Tinajo for the originality of the dishes, the art in presenting them, the gorgeous taste, the hospitality of the whole team! We had croquetas con estufado de cabra super casera y super tasty, the aubergine with the shape of a heart, served as a piece of art, the ensalada de pulpo which was sensational and los chiperones a la plancha with sweet potatoes super yummy! The choice of wines was great too! And what about the mousse of gofio... we were in paradise! We even got very pleased with the bill, really reasonable, actually cheap considering that the place is really cool! Well done to the chef and his whole team! A la...

very disappointed by the service and the way of managing the local, which is even worse whereas the food was really good and the prices pretty reasonable. there was only one waiter for 10/12 tables and my partner and i had to wait 10 minutes just for the menu, then almost 30 minutes for two pieces of bread (we paid for) and 45 min for the two dishes we ordered while we saw all the other people who arrived after us being served with theirs. to top it off we asked for another piece of bread to finish our meals and of course it took another 10 min to get it. it’s honestly unbelievable and...

I loved Majo Picón. The food was in super high quality with great ingredients and buen corazón ❤️‍🔥 The waiting staff was also friendly and nice. I made a mistake on one order but she corrected it without a fuss. All the details of the restaurant was thoroughly thought through, music, design and even paper mat that looked like an old ads in Spain. Definitely worth travelling just for this restaurant.

The food at Majo Picón was awesome! From starters to dessert everything was delicious and perfect. We (3 people) shared two starters, after that we each had amazing main dishes. Lastly all three of us went for Gofio mousse as dessert, which is a typical Canarian dessert and one of our all time favorites. The waitress and waiter were really nice and the pricing was good. I will definitely come again!
