Today we visited the Asadodor Grill Satorno in Tiguatón. We made the reservation via WhatsApp. It worked like a charm. The restaurant is located in a side street and has its own parking lot. The welcome was warm and courteous. The specialties of the house are meat dishes from the charcoal grill. There is also a good selection of vegetarian dishes. In addition to the menu, there is a selection of daily specials. We ordered champions with chimichuri as a starter and a solomillo of Iberian pork and an entrecote of Angus beef as main courses. Superb service and food! We called to make reservation and immediately we felt special! The gentlemen who took our booking was so lovely. The service was great! Maísa was such a special host… she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. The steak was cooked to perfection. I had a salad, the presentation was spot on, filling and very tasty. The wine selection was beautiful! We also had some local shot and it was a beautiful end of a lovely meal. She also took her time to show us around and show the vegetables and fruit she has in the garden. She also gave us some great tips of Lanzarote. The place is beautiful and very cosy. Definitely worth a visit! Amazing value for money.

Very dissapointed. Used to love this restaurant when it was the old Asadero de Tinguaton. Service, prices and food are now not acceptable. Ensalada a la brasa is 11.50€ for two leaves of lettuce. Taste was good - quantity for money was terrible. Meat was very dry and we had to pay 10€ for 5 pieces of bread (!). Had to wait 40 minutes to order drinks and over 2,5 hours for the food to arrive. Overall the waiters seemed very overwhelmed. This can happen, but the waiters did not seem too bothered about this- we had to ask for service various times. Other guests were told to come back later, only to be left waiting in the cold and not be served once coming back. Overall, unfortunately, not...
