New Yorker — Local services in Solna kommun

I like new yorker and their clothes but when i was there (solna centrum,Sweden) one of the workers treat it me like shi- like? I asked her if they have a smaller size of a set clothes i liked and then she yelled at me and said ” ALL THE SIZES ARE THERE CANT YOU SEE?” and i was like ok chill? But when my friend asked for smaller size and the same set clothes she was chill and js said ”yes we do lemme help you🥰” like isn’t that rasict? Then the second time i was looking for a shirt my size and it was already messed up and she came and pushed me and yelled ” EXUCE ME DONT YOU SEE WHAT A MESS YOUR MAKING A SMART PERSON DOESNT DO THAT A PERSON WHO THINKS DOESNT DO THIS!” I told her it was messed up and im looking for my size whats wrong?and she then yelled and said ”NO YOU DID A MESS YOU LIYING WONT DO ANYTHING” like? And she keept bitchblinking me? (How she looks like: has big lips like kim kardashian, small, blonde,so much beauty seurgeries (not sure how to spell it) maybe...

This is the worstess store of new yorkers store, Solna centrum new yorker Staffs are very unprofessional to customers and very rude, here is the case I went to do a whole shopping of about 4600 Swedish kroner three weeks ago, and there was two clothes that was not size well so I decided to return it for them to change or give me gift card upon arrival I even took another friend there that same day after my friend choose what she wants to buy we go to the counter to pay and tell the lady that i bought a lots of stuff there so I decided to return only two clothes the lady said no its not possible not only that she was shouting at me and my friend the experience I got from this store I will never but there anymore nor will I recommend anyone...

Rude staff. Prices were marked incorrect. There was a shelf with price of 199, i wasted my time trying to find out correct size and then on the cashier counter I was told price is 299. On further inquiry I was told the price of 199 has been incorrectly put and applies to other item. 100 sek difference is nothing but the staff was rude when describing this and wasnt accepting their mistake. It was my very first visit to New Yorker store as I have been living in solna for more than 3 years and visit Solna C quite every day. I wouldn't recommend people going to this particular store due to rude staff and price tags...
