Firing multiple questions for info from me and getting angry that I couldn't respond instantly before he then fired the next question. It was the first time that I’ve ever collected a parcel so I had no idea what info I needed to provide. I have everything but just need to be asked what is required.

Read moreI go there because it's the only option for some delivery companies. But if I'd have another option it would be great. Because the staff is not very nice and they're not usually willing to help. It seems that it depends on the mood they're in that day. I've been treated badly by the older and younger guy many times, as I have been treated decently for both of them in another moment. So, it's not like they have positive consistency in customer service.
The stock of the store is good though. You can find things that are not in the supermarket. A little bit expensive, but nothing out of your mind. Have tracking number, QR-code, ID & etc UBER prebared or they get annoyed. And for those collecting packages sent internationally, you BETTER know your courier because you definitely can’t count on them to be of any help or assistance. They dismiss you and just want to get the interaction over with ASAP so you can get out of their face.
