It's kind of hard to find a place in Scandinavia where the seafood is not particularly impressive... but I don't seem able to do things the easy way. If it were not for the salmon, I would have rated this dining experience even less. The self-serve miso soup tureen had an almost neglected look to it (though the soup DID taste good after a day of walking around in the cold) and the service was befuddled but prompt. I was the ONLY customer in the venue (during regular dinner hours) and that should have tipped me off to keep walking. I was here for the beef noodle. And it was super good! Tasted very authentic and fresh. The beef is so soft and melted in your mouth. The noodle is good, I can feel that it is a homemade noodle.
