The Bishops Arms — Local services in Trollhättans kommun

This is the first place I'd recommend to my friends. The food here never disappoint me. Fresh ingredients, perfectly cook, perfect seasoning. The drinks are great! And the service is fantastic. But I came here yesterday with my husband and we saw only one guy work at the counter, all by himself. Being a bartender, cashier, waiter and he took care of all customers by himself. So we felt like the restaurant should have hired someone more to help him, this is a bit too much for him.

I came here 4 years ago(2019) when I visited Sweden for the first time, and here I am again with my Swedish husband (he's also a fan of the bishops arms) Here is a special place for us because we met each other for the first time here. So we came here to celebrate again before I go back to Thailand. Hopefully, will be able to come back again...

I find the staff to be very attentive when I go into Bishops Arms pubs, especially here in Trollhättan. Staff are always helpful and will recommend a beer if required. There's a wide selection of beer, which I find great. Tried many -- liked some, didn't like others, but that's part of the journey. Vilken katastrof! Vi var nio personer som besökte stället i kväll. Vi bokade bord redan igår till kl 17,15 idag och sa då att vi kommer i morgon men måste lämna senast kl 18,30 för att vi skall på en konsert. Väl där idag sa man beställ dryck i baren så kommer vi och tar upp er beställning sedan. Klockan 17,45 hade ingen tagit upp någon beställning och vi sa då till. Kl 18 kom man fram och vi sa då att vi måste lämna senast klockan 18,35, får då till svar att det är lite körigt så om man skall lyckas måste vi beställa något lätt typ Fisch & Chips. Vi beställer då alla samma sak. Klockan 18,20 kommer man åter och säger att man kommer inte att hinna?!?! Men man kan leverera en kall ost och skinktallrik. Klockan 18,35 kommer den! Vi slänger i oss och lämnar stället kl 18,45. De flesta vid alla borden runt omkring oss har då lämnat tillbaka sin mat då de tycker att den är...
