Location is good and central. However it is located just a few 100 metres from a quite trafficked main road. So if you're sleeping there during the summer with the windows open (as there's no AC in the room) you can easily be disturbed by the Swedish EPA-Tractors making annoying sounds when passing by with heavy music. Seems like a rally place for people too that street. Other than that. It's a clean hotel with lovely staff especially in the breakfast area and oh speaking about the breakfast - it is amazing - Spot on!! Good price for the stay for 2 nights that I've spent there and staff is really helpful. First night I had a room with a double bed and really soft mattresses which made my back ache. However the staff quickly changed my room to a twin bed with harder mattresses - great job and much better for my back :) I'd recommend this place if youre not to sensible with noises from...
Read moreService ok, location very good and ok atmosphere. Cheap interior, probably Ikea, breakfast dull and too simple without any variation during our stay. But the most annoying thing was the room. Cheap bed with a weak head board, no fridge, no closet, an extra door leading to God knows what but apparently another room for staff party or office or conference space? Anyway I got disturbed from about 0:30 am to 2:30 am by a group of people talking loud and some fiddling with the lock. Not guests I presume cause there's no hotel room door leading anywhere near it. The shower is either cold or hot, no in between temperature. TV had interfered channels and internet was off for two nights. Not...
Read moreMy husband was working in Trollhättan so we spent three nights at this hotel. No big complaints but nothing very positive about the experience either. Breakfast was a disappointment. It looked good but two out of the three mornings there was no hot water for tea available and I had to wait for it. Cold and not cooked scrambled eggs and cold bacon swimming in grease. . . . not very appetizing. Room was ok but small and stuffy. When we opened the window, we were forced to listen to screaming seagulls . . . even when it was dark. No ac and slow wifi. Wrong week to visit as all the interesting stuff, tours and museums open June 15 or...
