Horrible party experience that spoiled the birthday day for my son.

They request kids who come to birthday party to arrive 20 minutes before it starts. In those 20 minutes the kids get to watch others play but sit still and not enter the place. The only way I could get the party host was to demand that she appears at the reception. It was 1 minute before the official start and the staff did nothing aside from claiming that we should wait. The guard dis not let one of the guests who arrived late in and was rude. Showing the armband that we had left for the guest did help but neither the reception staff nor the party host helped. The same guard was rude to me when I entered the unstaffed reception area to take a band-aid for an injured kid. He refused to provide the band-aid immediately, to say his name and only claimed that I must wait for someone to appear at the reception and ask for a band-aid. The reception is unstuffed over long periods, the place is cash free. The only thing I could have stolen from there were the socks. So that unnamed rude guard was protecting the socks at the expense of an injured kid. If their overall attitude towards safety is in line with this, I believe it is simply dangerous. They don’t have enough climbing equipment, which is a minor issue of course in the light of all the rest. I have read some of the other reviews, and so I will include a disclaimer here that this review is from the perspective of a tourist. My son was very excited to come here for the day. The staff were very friendly, and the place is huge with so many different activities. My son absolutely loved it. We came in the early afternoon on a weekday in June, so it was not very busy. We stayed right until closing at 7pm. I will note that adults do not get to participate, which is unfortunate (for me; though I'll admit in hindsight I am unsure whether I really couldn't participate or if I simply misunderstood that "parents are free" to mean I couldn't 🤔). Sad to say this, but the place was amazing and well priced before JumpYard bought it. Every single price has gone up more than 100%. And nothing has been improved.
