Pizza Hut Uppsala — Restaurant in Uppsala kommun

This place is ok sometimes (for takeout or buffet) but not so much if you sit down and order. One time we waited for 50 minutes after ordering and after asking, were told food would be coming in 5 mins. 15 mins later they said only a few more minutes. Finally about 1,5 hours the food came. Eventually found out someone called in sick and they were short staffed. But if that was the case, WARN the customers before they order so they can decide if they want to wait or not. Felt bad for the families with kids sitting there that long:( Sometimes they remember you when you order take away and it goes smoothly, other times they forget you exist. Not worth the risk for the price.

Edit: broke down and ordered a pizza for delivery, what could possibly go wrong? Wrong pizza sent...2 hours later and am still waiting for the right one....

I order a pizza at 19:36. At 20:32, still waiting for it, I realize I have a message saying the pizza was delivered at 19:48, so I call them to ask what's going on. While I'm on the phone with them, my girlfriend thinks of checking the hallway, and it turns out the pizza it's there, on the floor (I even had to clean the stain of fat). For some reason, the delivery guy left it there without even knocking the door and left. I tell them and the solution the give me is to send an email. Thank you delivery guy for wasting my time and money and thank you Pizza Hut for the great customer...

Their summer pizza buffet is at its best this 2022. It has longer hours up to 16:00.😍😍😍

Aside from many pizza choices, salad bar, now they have desserts today it's pancake with jordgubbssylt and cream

It's hubby fav, their buffet. Mine is pasta bolognese.

The drinks is free refill. They have cold water with lemon.

They always have something new, nowadays it's thin crispy crust pizza.

They even now have towelette and the hand sanitizer at the doorway.

It's good to be back here,...
