ChopChop Asian Express — Restaurant in Uppsala kommun

Although the experience wasn't perfect I still give it 5 stars since my complains are fairly mild

First off the place I am at is small, tables are low and I feel like there should be more space to be able to move in around the table

As for the Cashew chicken, I find it a little bland and I think it needs a little sweetness which would go well with the cashews, however the blandness could be a result of eating the cashew chicken after eating spicy lime chicken which has a stronger flavour. However I see the food flavour in this situation as something that depends very much in the person so could be a me-only complaint.

As far for the ordering the little tablets handle it well and even tho the restaurant was kinda busy we got our order without too much waiting.

Fast food, but with a nice twist. So much better than burgers! Indeed, quite tasty even compared to most Thai restaurants. En stressig dag tänkte vi spara tid genom att ta med mat från ChopChop. Vi ställer oss i kö vid Express-kassorna. Efter bara någon minut så kommer en ur personalen och ställer sig bredvid. De före oss tar lång tid på sig och vi får vänta i närmare 10 minuter. Under hela tiden står personalen och tittar på oss. När det väl är vår tur säger personalen bara kort att nu stänger vi automaten då inga fler sittplatser fanns. Varför stod hon först och bara tittade på oss och lät oss slösa 10 minuter? Varför frågar man inte lite fint om vi tänkte sitta kvar eller ta med oss maten innan man stänger på grund av brist på sittplatser? Att låta sina gäster vänta i 10 minuter för att sedan slänga ut dem är dålig kundservice. Hon borde att sagt något direkt när hon kom fram och då även gett oss möjligheten att köpa med mat.
