A really good surprise and experience in Uppsala. Hands down best pistachio ice-cream I've tried out of Italy. The place is simple and it doesn't really matter, the flavors are great. I've tried 8 flavors and the weakest ones were coconut and stracciatela, could have a bit more flavor on them. Pistachio and dark chocolate were the stars. Special surprise also with the lemon one. Nice sticky texture of the gelato. The flavours have their highs and lows. Their flavours with cheesecake is generally good. My lemon & white chocolate gelato was also good with balanced sweetness & acidity. The "plain fruit" flavours haven't been a hit for me. Would still say that this is one of the better gelato places in Uppsala - but there are not many gelato places in Uppsala.

Pistage och Hasselnöt var jättegod, Saltlakrits och Pecan-Kola var inga höjdare. Tyvärr för dyrt för en småbarnsfamilj. Fanns inte tillräckligt med plats att stå i kö med dubbelvagn då folk stod mellan bord där vi ej kom förbi, ingen i personalen uppmärksammade detta vilket var märkligt när det var 3st som jobbade.

Köpte en stor med 4 smaker men den var lika stor som 1 kula på annan gelateria i Uppsala. Jag har bott i Italien i ett par år så jag vet hur riktig italiensk glass smakar och detta var en aning likt men inte alls samma.
