Ate here today and the roll I ordered was almost fully cucumber with almost no salmon some pieces without salmon at all I came and asked if I could have a refund since it was not worth the price then the man got very loud angry and aggressive eventually he let me put my card in for a refund only to actually charge me again for another roll then he charged me 4 kr twice more after that before I finally got any proper refund of which they only gave back 258kr after they had charged us 266 including the initial order then the 129 they charged us for with the first refund then the 4 kr twice but then never refunded me for the 4 kr they took and then afterwords, he told me I was never...

The best sushi in town. I don’t claim to be a sushi expert but the quality and taste of their sushi is the best I’ve ever had. I live nearby and have ordered from here many times. Usually I go for the spicy tuna rolls which are delicious. Can’t say much about the staff since I haven’t interacted much with them but they are nice enough. The atmosphere is OK. Katastrofal väntetid!! Gäller Fyrislund. Jag har ätit från Natsu sedan många år tillbaka. Jag slutade å andra sidan vara frekvent besökare ett tag tillbaka eftersom ett ställe med godare sushi dykte upp, som nu har lagts ner, och eftersom väntetiden är helt katastrofal. Innan det gick att beställa online så ringde jag in beställningen. Det var då alltid "30 minuter" som jag skulle få vänta. Det var det nästan helt uteslutande aldrig!! Oftast en timme. Så om jag åkte dit i tid fick jag hänga i restaurangen 30 minuter.. Och så är det nu också. Nu satt jag i restaurangen och väntade. Liksom många många andra. Det tog exakt 60 minuter sedan jag beställde. Skulle ta 30. De tar inte detta på allvar. De säger även 30 till alla som kommer in och bestämmer. Har varit så här i många år!! Nu måste jag tillslut skriva detta för att det kanske ska ändras. Inget mysigt ställe att äta på. Rekommenderas inte. Dörren står öppen till trafiken. Ej bortplockade tallrikar överallt!! Bara brus från ventilationen och inte mysigt alls. Åker mest hit för att det inte finns några egentliga alternativ till sushi i närheten. Synd då personalen annars är väldigt trevliga..
