This was my first time visiting and my first time being in a no-bathing suit facility and honestly, my new fave way of sauna-ing. The views from the sauna's add to the peace/experience. As I sat and absorbed I watched ducks swim and follow the leader. Beautiful. I can't speak nor understand Swedish but it was a very uplifting and joyful space with the other woman speaking and enjoying their time in the sauna together.
We went in December which made for a nice cold-hot therapy session. Your skin will burn when submerging yourself in the sea but it feels very electrifying. The Moorish architecture was also a treat to admire and they have pieces of history/pictures inside the building for you to look at. The whole neighbourhood kind of feels like you're walking into a set for a Wes Anderson film. They have coffee, sandwiches, and treats in the reception area for you to have in between or after your session. Will...

Two things that I find extremely unfortunate about this sauna are: the lack of a mixed area, and that it's a "dry sauna". If you're a couple or family forget about coming here together, men and women are segregated and no mixed days/sessions currently exist (as of July 2019). Likewise, I found the sauna to be not so hot. They have a "dry sauna" policy, which is probably the integer that makes the difference; there's no steam and therefore not so much humidity. Regardless of the negatives, this is a beautiful sauna/bathhouse which deserves to be visited...
