EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! False advertising....we search places to stay and came across this place... saw their photos online...(looks nothing like what we got) what we saw online was a very updated, classy establishment....what we received was an older building under construction with the smell and evidence of mold. We also didn't received the "free" all you can eat breakfast... when I brought it up I got... "oh, their is a problem with out website, sorry about the miscommunication".... instead it was $15. a person...they told me that for one of the days they could give us the free breakfast but we didn't get that either...they said they could take off not charging me for my son 1 of the days but he wasn't there that day anyways!!! How is that helping? LOL.... from what I understand....this joint is the only place on the mountain that does not offer valet service to pick you and your luggage up and back to the gondolas when arriving and departing... be sure to check in before 7pm because they charge you extra if you don't... also at that time the gondolas are only running once per hour. Know that when you get off at the top you got a bit of a hike (with luggage, ski gear etc) till you get to this place....great work out though :/ We did not know any of this because when you try to call you get a voicemail in some other language and you don't know what to push to leave a message if that is even possible... they folks were friendly however... were not trying to make right on the wrong deal...
Read moreToday me and my daughter went for swimming. My daughter paid for city tax and we went for swimming. We just went to the pool one woman came to us and told us we can’t swim here because of the swimming dress. My self I wear tides and top and my daughter also same.
