We really enjoyed the spa. We thought it was interesting to have it on many levels, and to be able to do a tour. (You start on the first floor with a larger pool 35°C with different rooms, then up to the second with a steam bath round including a relaxation area, following the bubble bath, 35, hot bath, 40 °C, and relaxation room. Then to the top floor with the glacier bath, 35, but outside, and back down to the third floor with tea, water and a gorgeous, wooden relaxation room.)
My recommendation to the staff:
I would have loved to use the relaxation rooms, but they way it is set up right now, one has to towel dry off and put on the robe. Since I didn't want to use my towel until the end, I didn't go back to the basement where I...
Read moreFrom the visual perspective, this is really nice place to visit. Large windows enable enough natural light to come in; looking outside to cold mountains while enjoying the warm water is really special. However, procedures-wise, the spa facility did not impress me at all. There is many awkwardly designed places - e.g. the relaxing chambre in the cleaning zone - one big flat, hard surface made of tiles where one shall (I assume) lie down and relax for 10 minutes - super uncomfortable, not long enough for lying (feet of majority had to hang off), too large for sitting… The resting zone in the second floor with only 6 beds was not relaxing at all - many people were coming and after realizing there is not space for them, they left, while making a lot of noice. I would also appreciate some massaging water streams. There were only bubbles on the second floor. The refreshment section with tea would be convenient at each floor. After hot steam procedure, I could drink only at the toilet (because I did not know there is a refreshment in the 3rd floor). I did not find it tempting to stay longer...
Read moreIt is the second time I was at this spa… as the first time it was a lovely experience. Some think I would wish for are: no children allowed (I think most spa’s actually have this rule) those key-bracelets are weird and I was scared to loose mine the entire time warmer temperatures in the spa’s and the relaxation room, in the latter I was freezing more shower cabins … one door cannot be locked, it’s broken and there aren’t many showers anyway (three open ones and two cabins) I recommend this spa for sure! The architecture is wonderful and unique. You get towels from there and there is tea offered for free… which gives you back some energy after the hot 40 degrees bath :) People are very...
