I would like to thank the RiceUp team at the ETH Hönggerberg location for the excellent service. I visited ETH on September 19, 2025, as I have often done before. The male employee who served me was very friendly, dynamic, and eloquent. As a long-time RiceUp customer at Bern train station, I have unfortunately experienced a deterioration in service in recent months. My experience at the ETH location was all the more pleasing. The team seemed very professional and organized, despite the large crowds. The quality of the food was impressive, and the employees were friendly and quick. The manager seemed to have everything under control, which had a positive impact on the overall service. I hope RiceUp can replicate the positive experience at the ETH location at other locations like Bern. I am ready to visit RiceUp at the ETH location again and hope that the Bern location will soon reach the same...

@Response from the owner You compare yourself with plastic cutlery and say you are not so bad, but instead you should compare your self to reusable cutlery which is the standard for nearly every campus restaurant. I strongly believe that with this comparison reusable cutlery is far better. But if you can show proof otherwise, I stand corrected.
