I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received during my visit today. Several staff members, including the cashier, were noticeably rude and unaccommodating.

When we asked for assistance, no one accompanied us or offered any help. At the cashier, although a new box of items was opened, we weren’t given the opportunity to choose for ourselves. Instead, the staff rudely selected items on our behalf without explanation.

When we voiced our concern, another staff member eventually allowed us to pick from the box, which we appreciated. However, this was followed by cold stares and a dismissive attitude from the others, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Bad attitude, they won't give you paper bags even if you buy a few blind boxes... I suggest you go to other stores to buy (the paper bag service was better in other stores before). The cashier didn't smile at all and looked very anxious. There were no customers behind us...

更新：看到有某人還幫那群人講話，笑死人還不是因為那群駐點在那邊的人有幫你女兒抽到想要的，才對他們改觀～ 真的看到快笑死，有夠雙面人😂 一群搖完等人結帳再看手上是不是自己想要的人，還能被改觀？！還能覺得說嘴那群黃牛有問題？ 我跟你說啦，裡面其中吳姓小狼頭跟🌈，就是搖熱門款去社團搭賣啦！超好笑

坐在1000%那幾個就是跟店員店長混到很熟啊，每次只要是夯款開新中盒，一定是他們可以先靠上去搖爆，搖到不要了差不多了，才能讓其他人上去看！超級囂張棒棒

親生經歷過 當初小野四代出來超夯 然後本人隻身前往，剛好最後一盒已結帳 我當時也在旁邊等店員開新中盒，結果店員看我在那邊就遲遲不開，店員讓他們的朋友幾個小gay圍上去後，把我擋在外面才開給他們先搖欸！我看到後心灰意冷，媽的勒什麼鬼店員？直接轉頭不買了～ 泡泡馬特是好的，但店員真的會讓這品牌名聲變差！

幾個小gay跟小狼頭情侶黨，哇賽真的煩 每次去每次就看到他們幾個又占據在那邊，差點以為是便衣泡泡馬特員工！ 搖爆、捏爆、跟店員討論隱藏或者熱門款怎麼搖都是日常！ 然後假日他們搖完後，很明顯就會看到小狼頭跟小gay在社團發售夯款～真的笑死棒棒

店員只會阻止其他人的搖盒行為，不會阻止他那群搖盒魔人朋友們，店員只會巡視其他人的行為，而且店員在看人的時候就是一副（感覺你要偷東西或者要幹嘛？怎麼一直在這邊看及逗留？） 只是一個領人薪水的，...
