大家注意，這間店會偷偷給妳多收錢，店員不知道是故意還是員工訓練不足，昨晚去點了一杯21歲輕烏龍，無糖去冰，自備環保杯，價錢應該是35自備環保杯為30，當天用刷卡載具，當下發票載具與夢時代結帳紀錄沒這麼快進到雲端，結果回來ㄧ看，被收了50元的飲料錢，店員當下也沒給我單據，然後泡飲料的人也把飲料貼紙也撕掉，感覺ㄧ連串的故意，手法相當熟練，故意多收錢騙取消費者，消費者沒注意就當賺到，大家去買要小心，我看其他人留言，也都有類似案件，附上消費截圖，以示證明

09/07這一天剛開始營業先致電想訂10杯以上飲料，電話響到無人接聽，想說應該真的很忙，直接到現場排隊等候點餐（約11:20左右），現場也只有一組客人，當下人員告知點餐請稍等，等至少3分鐘有… ：我想點12杯，等等再來取 停頓幾秒鐘，女店員（一位身高蠻高壯壯的）看我一眼（表情無奈心情不好？）還嘆氣（很大聲） 店員：好（不耐煩語氣） 後來到取餐時間，這女店員在工作台後面跟同事有說有笑，這整個畫面讓我感受到點餐的不耐煩態度根本針對我，如果不接大單就告知一聲，不用用...
