Awesome gym and great trainers in Jen and Jason. Forge is more of a body building gym. I found that Worlds gym across the street was too big. Forge is much smaller and less crowded. Great staff. Had great training sessions with Jen and Jason and would recommend and...

特別感謝昱凱教練及打鐵健身，細心專業的指導高齡70多歲的家母從無到有的重訓。當初想讓家母開始學習重訓維持甚至增進健康，最後有幸選能擇了打鐵。 雖然因為老人家的意願僅上了兩期課程。但在短短兩期的課程中，由於昱凱教練的專業指導 第一安全放心，第二成效真的非常非常顯著。 僅僅在兩期課程中，家母就學會了對年長者獲益最深的硬舉及深蹲以及背肌訓練，且非常的紮實。使得後續不專業的我得以繼續陪伴家母持續訓練。由於家母持續訓練深蹲硬舉，爬山有力膝蓋關節不再不舒服，一切都得歸功於當初教學打的底。 期待打鐵健身以及昱凱教練有機會能夠利用專業幫助更多長者。也推薦若有讓長輩開始學習重訓的需求的人可以選...
