汽車停車格不多，節日前後無人和交通管制，交通情況慘烈，路邊車輛佔據車道快兩個十字路口，路過要小心有車輛隨意切出，無人員管制導致汽車佔據館內車道口，機車無法進入館內停車，館內有機車停車格，機車卻只能被迫違停在人行道上或逆向車道進入館內。館內地面邊緣處部分造景區域不平整，有溝渠放置造景石頭無遮板覆蓋凹凸不平，人多時行走小心絆倒造成傷害。

【新莊生命紀念館】內~ 非常氣派又莊嚴且有規律，櫃檯人員親切又熱心處理狀況、疑問講解…而這環境真的是有夠用心在打掃、擦拭與維護整潔的（乾淨程度真有感）在此謝謝所有維護清潔及相關約聘、聘僱人員…辛苦你們了❗ 另外感謝按讚的各位大大，因為有各位的【點讚👍=對他們肯定與認同】對他們也算是一種動力來源❗ 謝謝感謝各位🤗

因發生天災而可能導致……👀 建議：去探視時請多檢查一下！ 以下我遇到的情形 因家父也在館內，我們全家逢年過節都會去看爸爸也說說話，有次去看爸爸他塔位有兩個門，第一層是看不透的門，第二層是透明的玻璃門，探視也有跟他說話若他有缺什麼或想跟我們說什麼，請爸爸再提示讓我們知道，回家前我就關上最外層的門準備離開，過沒多久門突然自動開了【門…磁吸式吸住的】心想再去把他關好吧！但納悶的是內層門是需用鑰匙怎會開了……而最外層是有關好的❗ 我下樓找服務臺人員說這事，他們回答也可能因為地震關係，內門扣搖晃或扭曲導致門扣快開的情況，他將鑰匙給我上樓鎖后我才離去❗ 別讓親人二次傷害了，萬一因地震骨灰甕掉落，我絕對難過死了，提醒各位多花幾秒鐘檢查一下~會更安心的❗

裏面是乾淨……厕所还不錯……但外面拜拜很熱又遇風大…供品+金紙都会飛走……疫情期拜祖先全沒規劃分批進拜……扯/不給人去拜。…………祖先多次都告狀……真無奈。請拜託改和善!!……………我最氣是祖先去金爐站等要收拿錢花用〃你们都不哈燒開放………偏偏那些鬼衆生不能去向你们訴求……真扯…………都拜4年了是怎样金爐要修理也修...

身爲基督徒的家人，當初選擇新莊記念館有些猶豫因為五樓佛道基督擺在同樓層，但中間有主日堂做區隔，讓基督徒家人探視先人可以坐下來追思緬懷，看著十字架陪伴先人令人安心，所以雖然有些雜音還是買下祖先塔位，如同樓下地藏菩薩護佑佛教徒，各自美好。沒想到因為塔位不夠，將主日堂全改建為塔位，塔位永遠都不夠不是嗎？，十字架主日堂至少應該保留原來的參分之一，讓教友有個區塊追思祖先，拿鮮花來，點個頭說說話想坐下來多留一下都沒地方，新莊區公所，新北政府這樣做法實在不尊重基督天主教徒，因為沒有祭拜的形式，就認為主日堂可以不需要，那是精神的象徵，工程還在進行中，教徒的家人們一起請願，留個小區塊有十字架，天主，幾個坐椅可以追思...
