Before signing any contract with World Gym, I strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions carefully. The gym often encourages people to commit to long-term memberships that come with numerous clauses, which can feel like a trap—especially for those who may not regularly be around a World Gym location.

If you plan to travel or freeze your membership for any reason, be prepared to face significant hurdles. Despite providing valid travel documents, such as flight tickets, you may still be asked to present additional proof like overseas residency or domestic leave documentation. This practice can seem unreasonable and overly strict.

In my personal experience, due to frequent international travel for work, I’ve faced automatic deductions and difficulties freezing my account—even after submitting all required documents. The management has not been cooperative and often appears more focused on enforcing policies than supporting members, especially those dealing with genuine personal or family issues.

While your experience may vary, I urge anyone who is unsure about their consistency or travel plans to think twice before committing. You could end up paying penalties or unnecessary monthly fees without actually using the facilities.

Before I get to share my experience in this gym. I would like to thank Noya for explaining and assisting me on some basic knowledge on becoming a member and paying attention to what my needs are. This is my first gym experience so I can't go on the specifics but one week so far feel quite nice. The gym feels spacious and I haven't had a feeling whether someone is waiting for a machine and try to pressure you to move on. The private coach section may be a bit pushy so it would be great if you had a well set goal to know whether you need personal coach or not. I think I did not thought out much about it so I turned down their offer quite hard. Maybe that's why the head personal coach seems to be avoiding me all the time. Have in mind that this just my first week's experience. I may be updating for good or bad reviews if I really feel the need to do so. So five star for now...

Love this place! The gym is super spacious and has great equipment. I came into ask what kind of offers they have because I’m only here for a couple weeks and they allowed me to come at a great deal.
