It’s a surprised to discover such a wonderful restaurant in Taipei, Taiwan that fit the American palate. Kudos to the chef. I didn’t expect much before I entered the establishment. If you told me this restaurant is in New York, Los Angeles or Chicago I would totally agree. The flavors and services were impeccable. We specially loved the paste with sea bass and braised short ribs with port wine sauce. For appetizers the shishito peppers were huge thumbs up. The salad was great but I would say a little bit less dressing would be fine and the cheese wasn’t doing anything to the already wonderful salad. 2017/10/20老闆請我喝深夜食堂的雞湯,天啊!好好喝喔!還吃了很優雅的墨魚燉飯,飯竟然飄出優雅的花香味,居然是蔬菜高湯的加持,想想看,熬一鍋高湯是要多麻煩啊!
