2021年3月14日今天健走的路線是台北大縱走的第三段小油坑至風櫃口，由小油坑遊客中心出發登七星山主峰、東峰，接冷水坑、擎天崗、石梯嶺、頂山至風櫃口。 由小油坑登上台北市最高峰七星山主峰，以及七星山東峰，沿途欣賞火山地形、群峰起伏，經菁山吊橋、軍事碉堡至擎天崗，續往風櫃口，沿途綠草如茵、牛隻悠遊，金毛杜鵑開滿頂山山嶺，轉入林間柳杉林優美靜謐，青山翠谷，橫亙綿延，風景優美，真是一趟...

陽明山有很多條步道，有些平坦簡單，像二子坪，有些比較難，像這次我們走的從小油坑入口走上七星山的部分，這段路遊客滿多的，路段也比較陡斜，但因為後面一直有人要上山，比較難慢慢走，上山變得滿有挑戰性的。路邊可以看到冒煙的小油坑、聞到硫磺味、看到硫磺結晶，兩旁的箭竹林也提供滿多遮蔭，樹林中還藏著竹雞，在沒有人時才會出來曬太陽，一路上慢慢走、慢慢欣...
