Xiaoyoukeng Service Center — Local services in Taipei

My family came to visit this place today(23/1/2025). My elderly mom in law 81 years old had difficulty walking and the weather was extremely cold. Our driver of car plate number RFK 2282 pulled the car closer to the roadside kerb (closer to the restroom area) so she can get into the car. Your staff who took the photos of the car plate was very rude and not forgiving towards elderly. We are from Singapore and visiting your place of attraction and we hope that you will look into not summoning our driver as he is earning a living. Our car was there about 1 minutes and your staff was nasty when we tried to explain to him. Felt disgusted seeing a being with no compassion! Timing between 2.35pm and 2.40pm...

Hiked from this place to 冷水坑. Careful of the steep incline from start of the path. For tourists, best to plan 2-3 hours for the hike as it was more difficult as expected. The view were awesome.

Take note of the bus timings from the bus stops. The buses stop services from 1730 which I ended up Uber from area down as I entered the hike late...

Amazing place. The entire mountain region is fun if you like nature. Best is to walk if not hiring a driver is the second best...
