The female staff can barely hold a conversation even just to make your damn order. I speak Chinese and I still felt very unheard since she doesnt even bother to communicate with you regarding the order. I wanted to order no ice and by then she already took the order without waiting confirmation . Read more店員態度不太友善,而且臉很臭。當時我是來取已經網路下單的餐點,並且已經線上付款過了,卻被要求排隊點餐才能領取,完全不理解這樣的規定意義何在,也讓我不禁懷疑網路訂購的意義是什麼?如果餐點還沒好,也應該告知需要等待的時間,而不是讓我排隊排到第一位後,仍然讓我繼續乾等,不幫我查詢。
而且餐點其實早就準備好了,我一到現場就看到放在那邊了,卻遲遲不給我,這樣的安排是為了讓店面看起來人潮很多嗎?最後還是朋友出面跟店員說,他才慢悠悠的幫我們查詢,最後才從保冷袋拿出來。當時如果沒有朋友幫忙,我可能還得白白站著等十幾分鐘,根本不知道在等什麼。
況且旁邊的外送員都能直接詢問餐點狀況,卻不讓我這種已經下單的客人問,完全不合理。
