The female staff can barely hold a conversation even just to make your damn order. I speak Chinese and I still felt very unheard since she doesnt even bother to communicate with you regarding the order. I wanted to order no ice and by then she already took the order without waiting confirmation . Today was very hectic for them since they had to make many drinks but even those who ordered in person were left waiting for 10-20 minutes to fulfil online / call orders for which the recipients hadn't even arrived. In the end I asked for a refund and left since I waited for around 50 minutes for...

店員態度不太友善，而且臉很臭。當時我是來取已經網路下單的餐點，並且已經線上付款過了，卻被要求排隊點餐才能領取，完全不理解這樣的規定意義何在，也讓我不禁懷疑網路訂購的意義是什麼？如果餐點還沒好，也應該告知需要等待的時間，而不是讓我排隊排到第一位後，仍然讓我繼續乾等，不幫我查詢。

而且餐點其實早就準備好了，我一到現場就看到放在那邊了，卻遲遲不給我，這樣的安排是為了讓店面看起來人潮很多嗎？最後還是朋友出面跟店員說，他才慢悠悠的幫我們查詢，最後才從保冷袋拿出來。當時如果沒有朋友幫忙，我可能還得白白站著等十幾分鐘，根本不知道在等什麼。

況且旁邊的外送員都能直接詢問餐點狀況，卻不讓我這種已經下單的客人問，完全不合理。

如果人手真的不足，建議店家應該考慮增聘人員，才...
