If you are Caucasian and looking to get your wavy/curly hair straightened, I sincerely suggest you to go somewhere else. I went here for a straight perm in early July, and although the staff members were very kind and helped me to redo the whole perm procedure when the first one failed, they did not manage to get my hair completely straight. They said that the procedure usually works on "Asian hair," but it obviously did not work on mine. I don't know if the problem lay in the product itself or lack of competence.
