Wen-Huei Hall — Local services in Taipei

Great place to study with no worries of min spend or time limit! Often crowded with students, but never loud, it's very convenient. You can buy a few drinks or snacks here, but don't expect anything from them. Or, bring a cup and dispense your own free water. You can even bring your own drinks or snacks in here as long as they don't have a strong odor. This is primarily a study hall and gift shop for NTNU, but also is open to the public. Only other downsides about here and the surrounding food shops for that matter are that the public WiFi is very slow, and you have to use school washrooms outside (and those are quite lacking in modernity and supplies to day...

很多年前是一之軒餐廳，有賣雞腿飯、焢肉飯、牛肉炒青椒飯等等中式簡餐，也有一之軒的各種麵包和飲料，是誠正大樓上課學生等待、或下課休息很棒的聚集地。

後來被校方改造成感覺比較高級的場合，有時會拿來作為會議、表演、展覽、或典禮之用而封閉，把學生吃飯和交誼的重點場地剝奪掉了，讓校本部少了一個凝聚學生意識的場所。

賣得東西不像我那大學時那麼樸實，都是些華而不實的飲料和小甜點。現在來這的學生也只會用筆電和吹冷氣，沒有像以前一之軒時期的文薈廳，有那麼濃厚的學生交流氣息，非常可惜，好的校...
