NEW UPDATE BELOW: Please don’t be fooled by the old reviews. We have been in contact to arrange for my safari trip for less than a month then I had to cancel due to a medical emergency. After we agreed on the plan, I paid them. Then they started saying all selected accommodations were not available! And they tried to book me below the standard accommodation. We ended up selecting accommodations that were not agreed on from the started and what I paid for. I asked them for the refund since it hadn’t even been a week since I paid and they hadn’t finalized all the bookings. They started coming back to me with (accommodations and activities are not refunding because of their policy) I went ahead and contacted all of them, they all refunded/credited this operator and now they are holding my money and refusing to refund me a dime. Now that I brought up engaging the authorities, they are saying that they have a refund policy which was not brought up before. And in my case where what was agreed on was not delivered (the accommodations agreed and paid for were not available), the policy should not be applied.

I just saw their comment it is complete lies!!! First, they are not planning to refund me a dime, second I went ahead and contacted all the camps and booked activities trying to get them to refund me directly but they refused they told me that they had already refunded/credited the operator and that I have to contact them to get my money. I have all the email communications, why are you lying???? The latest communication with them was yesterday. They were going back and forth with refunding me. After they saw how persistent I am with getting refunded, they agreed (or pretended to be agreeing to refund me) then they said “ok we will refund you but first delete the reviews” I refused then they said we are working on refunding you give us sometime, I said no issue I will hold on the official complaint and filing an official case against you but tell me how much time do you need? They then went back to square one with refusing to refund me!! It is like you’re dealing with psychopaths!! Right now I am in the process of filing an official case against them. Please be aware.

They are now harassing me over the email to remove the reviews. This is a gang of bullies. Please be careful everyone. They asked to remove the reviews and then they will refund me, I said fine send and an email that you will refund me the full amount, they said no not all of them refunded us, I said fine tell me how much you will refund me at the end of the day I dont want them to pay what they don’t have, then they went back to “No we will not refund you we have a policy”!!!! I honestly don’t know what they are doing or trying to do.They are liars this is what I know. The funny out of all of this they are saying THEY will file a complaint against me for lying. The gaslighting is through the roof. Cant wait to see it backfires on them.

Amazing 7-Day Safari Trip! Review of Tarangire/Serengeti National Park + Ngorongoro Conservation Area

My family and I went on a 7-Day Safari Trip with Livingston and safe to say it was a 11/10 experience. Our guide, Ombeni, was so great with over 15 years of experience. Starting from the administrative aspect to the actual Safari trip, Livingstone was prompt at responding to emails, sent drivers on time for transportation, and was overall super friendly to work with.

The Safari itself was beautiful and an extraordinary experience! The lodges we stayed at were beautiful and my family felt very safe with our guide. I would definitely come again in the future :)
