All the communications are very easy and respond rapidly through messengers. We booked the airport pick up service to Pattaya, it saved us lots time in traffic, especially the conditions of vehicles are all well maintained, clean and very comfortable!So we booked again for our return trip to Bangkok.
Then we booked a day tour to Ayutthaya, that's the best decision ever! The driver arrived on time, and we can arrange our own route with big felixibilities!

Read more純分享 回到台灣已經ㄧ個星期的時間了,我現在能比較平靜的分享這次泰國旅遊選用了淘泰郎的華欣到曼谷8個小時的包車,收費是4980元,事前跟客服的行程溝通都還算可以,有問必答,只是回覆的時間會比較慢,假日就更不會回覆了,要等到週一上班才會答覆我們提出來的問題,我們是在3/3號華欣要回曼谷的時候包他們家的車子的,早上在飯店門口看見司機時其實有點害怕,司機完全沒有笑容,甚至有點兇惡,上車之後我們就發現司機大哥ㄧ手開車一手ㄧ直不停的滑著手機,起初我們以為他是在導航,所以也就不以為意,大伙就繼續聊天,突然司機講起了電話,越講越大聲,聲音已經蓋過我們了,這時我們4個大人加1個小孩默默的就安靜了下來,司機講完電話後,我們也差不多到第一站了,當下還不是那麼介意,跑完第一站前往附近的第二站,由於司機還是一邊開車一邊滑手機,這時其實我們已經開始覺得不舒服了,除了滑手機還一直視訊聊天,不時還點開熟女的照片觀看,當下我們是真的很想換車,但朋友說我們在華欣這麼遠,派車來換也要2-3小時,唯一的辦法就是打客服,請客服處理,但大家想想,萬一司機被公司打搶之後,也不爽了,我們都在他車上,誰知道會發生什麼事,最後我們選擇忍,因爲接下來就是直接回曼谷了,沒有任何行程,一路上不管塞車或不塞車,司機的手使終不停的滑著手機,一個不留神,車子就晃來晃去的,後來真的受不了,我一路上就一直錄他,大概錄了20幾段影片,每個場景都不同,就可以看的出來司機真的無時無刻的行逕,到了終點之後,我們選擇不給小費,當初的客服也有說小費是個人意願不強迫,結果司機要求我們要給他小費,我們勉強給了100元,他嫌不夠又要我們在多給,否則他不走,最後花了200元,他才離開,感覺我們被硬凹了,不想在國外惹事,回到台灣的隔天我馬上投訴,結果淘泰郎公司說他們查證屬實,又說司機是新人,又說公司也不能接受這樣的行為,所以已經開除這名司機了,然後說要賠償我們400元,真是笑死人了400元是個什麼概念,我跟客服再次強調我的不滿,花了錢卻得到這樣的品質,我不是獅子大開口,我只想付出合理的代價,所以要求跟淘泰郎公司,各承擔一半的責任,也就是包車費用2500,結果他們回覆只賠償1000,我完全看不出他們的誠意,也搞的我們好像乞丐,最後我們選擇不要他們的賠償,錢的多少真的不是重點,是感受的問題,最後決定把影片跟我們的心得,在各個平台以及其他國家發表心得提醒大家,只要有機會有時間,我們會繼續分享,請大家選擇包車以前要慎...
