*EDIT- I updated my score from 3 Stars to 4 Stars because I cannot believe how well my pedicure has held up. Despite all of the mishaps in my review below, she did a fantastic and lasting job on my feet. The proof is in the condition of time. The quality of work deserved this updated Star.

PREVIOUS REVIEW:

Not a good salon for foreigners, in my opinion.

PROS: She accepted me as a walk-in immediately!

She offered me bottled water

My feet are softer than they’ve been in a while!

CONS: She attempted to put my feet into dirty foot sinks - twice.

I had to ask her to clean one of them - twice. (she did :-)

The place is not as glamorous as it might have been in the past. The wear and tear is pretty noticeable.

For the $1100 baht I paid for the spa pedicure, I was sorely disappointed. The water was cold, there was no soaking time, it was not relaxing, and not memorable in any way.

Speaking of price, she couldn’t seem to get it together on costs or translation :-(

She made my toe cuticle BLEED but it seemed to be very avoidable, so I wasn’t sure if it was an accident or not.

CONCLUSION: Too many mishaps for me. And we just simply were not a match. There wasn’t much that went right with this pedicure. I intended on getting a manicure as well but I think we both knew it wasn’t...

I recently visited this salon for a pedicure and left with mixed feelings. On the one hand, I was quite pleased with the outcome – my feet were well cared for without any complaints. The technician worked meticulously, and the relaxing music added to the pleasant atmosphere. However, on the flip side, there were some disappointments. Despite being initially told that the service would cost 500 baht, I was charged 999 baht at the end of the procedure. Additionally, I was concerned to see that the technician did not wear medical gloves, and the tools used, such as the manicure cutters, were not in sealed packages, leaving me uncertain about their sterilization status. Clean and organised nice nail salon. Very professional and friendly staff. It’s very modern and clean. (Nana) is the best nail technician I’ve ever had. Amazing service! The owners and employees really stand by the quality of their work, and it shows! Will definitely be a repeat customer....
