I only leave 5 star reviews to help grow businesses but unfortunately this is the WORST experience both my friend and I had. Aside to the good cleanliness of the area, both our therapists had below mediocre skills. My friend had the Sabai Package which consisted of a body scrub, body mask, etc, and it was below average in his opinion given the treatment process and quality of products used. I, on the other hand, ordered a 2hrs Deep Tissue Sports Massage. Before I laid down, I pointed out the specific spots I needed more attention to. To my dismay, my therapist only rubbed oil over my back for the first 20-30mins. When I kindly directed her to massage the specific shoulder blades and back muscles, she elbowed my entire spine up and down and I was urging her to apply pressure further away as it was my bones she was massaging incorrectly. I even had to guide her to use her thumbs instead of her elbows as I was certain I will be more injured by the time the massage was done if I let her idly continue. At one point, I had to tell the therapist TWICE in a louder tone the same thing because she was DOZING OFF (it was obvious because of the sound of her voice as if she was suddenly woken up). The worst part: Towards the end of the massage, I told her to spend the remaining time to focus on my lower back (I was turned around at this point already facing up) but she simply took out TIGER BALM to rub on it before continuing to press on my shoulders instead of my lower back. I approached the receptionist with this after I was done and complained that I should be charged for the oil massage price only as their staff having a lack of training and inadequate service provided is ridiculous. The receptionist charged me an additional 80 Baht for the tiger balm that was used on me BRIEFLY. When I handed her only the 500 baht (the oil massage was at 490 baht for 120mins), she called me a bad customer and raised her voice, disrupting all the other customers in the facility, before my friend and I decided to just give her the additional 80 Baht and left shaking our heads in dismay. I have nothing against service line staff as I was one myself before so I take it seriously when situations like these put the entire business to shame. Dear business owner, I sincerely hope you look into this and ensure that future customers do not face the same situation as this was indeed a...
Read moreThe place is nice and friendly, masseuses are all good! It’s neat and clean, I’m coming there several times per week to my favorite masseuse, it’s better to book massage in advance if you want to have it with your preferable specialist. So I truly advise this place, as the price is good and therapists work with enthusiasm and proficiency. I would just suggest that the receptionist who takes the bookings would be more attentive as it was already twice miscommunication, when she has mistaken the time and because of that I had to wait. And another time she didn’t properly understood what I meant by phone and started to shout, I think it should not happen in hospitality. I would not come back to such place, if not only I like the massage here and no much other choice in the area. So please, ask reception to be polite with customers because their attitude can bring bad impact on...
Read morePaid for a back shoulder neck massage and had to instruct the masseuse about 6 times to massage my neck before she did (was 30 mins into the massage before I asked her the first time as she hadn’t touched it once), and when she did eventually massage my neck is was very mediocre.
She was also laughing all the way through, v unprofessional and not worth the money.
Also she was massaging my legs for half the time even though it’s a back shoulder and neck. Don’t waste your time...
