Paknam Seafood Thalang — Restaurant in Thep Krasatti

Absolutely the worst service in the world the most disagreeable waitress and terrible customer service. Ive been a frequent customer for the past 4 years. This evening we went in for a family meal .The waitress was very unaccomodating refusing to let us in the aircon room when it was half empty. We ordered a large plate of crab fried rice when it arrived it had no crab pieces in it* seriously there were none.When we asked her to examine she dismissed it saying that they used really small pieces when obviously they either forgot it or the chef somehow thought it was an egg fried rice order! She told us she will rectify the bill. When the bill arrived they were still charging us for the nonexistent crab fried rice price.I questioned her nicely and she replies the cook said he put it it. Horrible and grumpy and terrible customer service pls keep ur crab fried rice( with no crabs in it) and I hope u dont do this to other customers. We paid the bill and will never ever step inside such a dishonest...
