I visited HomePro for the second time and once again struggled to find the simplest items. The store has a large selection, but finding a standard 3-5 meter microUSB cable or a USB extension was impossible. The same goes for accessories for home security cameras — there are plenty of cameras, but the essential accessories are missing.

I asked all my questions in native Thai using a translator and showed images labeled in Thai, making everything as straightforward as possible. However, the staff kept saying “just a moment” and walked away, only to return later with, “do you need this?” which left me puzzled. If I approach with a specific request and an image with Thai labeling, it should be clear that this is what I’m looking for. In the end, the staff took me around the store, consulting with each other, though the administration with a radio nearby could have helped and provided the necessary information right away.

I’m giving 4 stars only because of the friendly and welcoming staff who try their best. But, unfortunately, the service efficiency is zero. I recommend using marketplaces like Lazada or Shopee instead: delivery takes from 3 days, and the selection is much better. It’s unfortunate that physical hardware stores don’t stock basic accessories to complement the products they already sell.

I also recommend that your purchasing department consider stocking in-demand cables: microUSB and USB cables of 3.5-10 meters, at least a few of each. Additionally, USB Type-C cables of 3.5-10 meters — at least a couple. These are popular items with high demand, and you could make a profit on them. It’s unclear why your purchasing department overlooks such simple but necessary products. The store offers many home security cameras, typically equipped with cables of around two meters — often not enough, forcing customers to seek extensions. You could earn revenue and help customers resolve their needs. Please...

A (new) huge department store of HomePro. It's said its a combination store of HomePro and MegaHome companies. Has almost all your home needs such as appliances, furniture, electric, electronics accessories, tiles, bathrooms staff, tools, paints, kitchen furniture and cookware.. And almost anything. Many staff to help, big parking lots.. And yet a very reasonable prices for high quality products. All products are well categorized. Visiting this store is very enjoying for those who look for high quality products. It has also an outdoor section where customers can find bigger products.

Never buy any items with warranty here, it’s fake. I bought a coffee maker, it didn’t work properly and did terrible coffee (minimex ). Employee promised me a refund within 2 weeks, and then told me refund or exchange cannot be done. I came 1 week after the purchase ! 10 people standing around with no clue what’s going on, trying to make up a reason of not doing shit. Certainly no proper English, but what’s worse - trashy attitude and scam policy. It’s way easier to buy same items from Lazada and return it if...
