Okay so, I updated my previously four stars review to 5 stars as at February, 2023.

Besides from their terrific and convenient location providing our shopping necessities, secured parking and evening food runs; with a beautiful ambience throughout the various seasonal times of the year 😍❤️👌!!!

Their reception and administration department customer service representatives are the best! I recently lost my wallet there, not knowing obviously that I lost it there and was absolutely panicking.

An honest customer of West Mall found the wallet and passed it onto their security. Security then passed it on to their lost and found at their administrative desk. And one of them was so kind to reach out to my Facebook account to inform me. I was so grateful and appreciative AND relieved. Whew!

I was able to call in, verify myself, then informed the item was indeed found. She even locked it away in a separate room from the other lost and found items. I was able to go collect right away.

Well here is one mall that knows how to create the right atmosphere for shopping, clean floors clean everything, security that is present and visible but never In Your way or looking at you as though you were a criminal regardless to how you are dressed or look like. The ambience is alway breath taking. You can see the custodians working hard to keep this place clean the stainless steel fixtures and railings are always well kept, you have to wonder what's going on with The government plaza and other government facilities where they spent our money to put in stainless steel and it dirty grundgy looking and rusting this place is always a joy to visit regardless to how often you do. Even their food court is heavily used but is kept clean , outstanding. The mall has obviously recovered from the pandemic and is almost 100 percent occupied, with chucky cheese making it a family destination now.
