The location was ideal for us to sit by the port and eat our meal as we smelled the sea water. That’s what makes this place unique, as it’s located in a nice area and has a terrace on top of the building that gives you beautiful view.
The member of staff was very helpful and attentive, but even though we were the only customers the food took a long time to arrive.
While waiting they gave us complimentary starter, which was olives and harrisa with a drizzle of oil, and bread.

There is also the baklawa tea, don't try it on the road or on the way, small portion and not so tasty and some more at 6dt instead of 5dt. Try the real one, where got so much umbrella hanged over the roof. The tea may cost 7dt, but don't yelek. There are also so many sandwiches shops along the road, don't try anyone try the clean and the bueaty of food.

Le port de Bizerte est constitué par une ancienne vallée fluviale envahie par la mer, formant un canal de 2000 m de long et de 250 m dans sa plus grande largeur. Son entrée est défendue par la Kasbah (au Nord) et la Ksiba (au Sud), entre lesquelles on tendait une chaine de fer fermant l'entrée du goulet.
Toutefois, malgré ses avantages, ce port n'était accessible qu'aux vaisseaux longs, les vaisseaux ronds, d'un fort tirant d'eau, étaient obligés d'aller chercher refuge à Sousse, puis à Ghar el Melh. La décadence du rôle des galères au milieu du XVIIIème siècle entraina celle des installations maritimes de la capitale des Banou al Ward.
