The balloon ride experience was like none other that you would experience in your lifetime. The view is extraordinary and our pilot was friendly who answered all of our questions and gave us a little background information on all the sites we were passing. But, I do have 2 points that i would critique them on. 1 is the most important one: we chose this company due to the baby sitting service that only this company provides. we left our baby with them and went to the balloon ride. At the end of it all as we were boarding our vans to be taken back to our hotel, i asked one of the drivers if we were going back to the main office first to pick up our baby. No one had any idea that we had left our baby at the main office for babysitting. Upon making a few phone calls, they told me and my husband that the baby is at the hotel and both of us were immediately worried. We thought we would go back to the main office and pick up the baby and then head to our hotel. We had no choice and we boarded the vans and headed towards the city center. A million thoughts were going through our heads as to where the baby could be. We reached the city center and found that the baby had been driven to the city center where he was waiting with the babysitter that we left him with who was in the car waiting. We took the baby and headed to our hotel. The amount of anxiety my husband and i had was out of the roof. We were both furious but our baby was fine and in our hands so we did not make a huge deal about it to them. I would never recommend anyone with a child to use their babysitting services.

2. The couple we shared our basket with, refused to move from the outter corner of the basket. Every time we wanted to take pictures, the girl was waiting for us to finish taking 2 pictures and quickly told us to move back to our spot. We paid to be on comfort flight and wanted to same experience as everyone else sharing the basket. This girl was rude and refused to move from the outter side of the balloon. The instructor did tell everyone to switch sides but she did not want to do that. I would urge the company to request the riders to share the time of the basket location. We all paid to get on the balloon without reserving our spots so why should one person stay on the outter edge for the entire hour and take all the...
