THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAD! DO NOT GO THERE! 1 star is even to much. It was the absolute most unhygienic disgusting place we have ever been to. We paid in advance for the turkish bath and 60 min massage. They rush and command you around. We could sit in the sauna for 10 min. When we were rushed to the hamam. The salt and steam room were skipped. ( in hindsight for the better though because it was so unhygienic). For the peeling they used the same cese for multiple people men and women, including butt and face area... same goes for the soapcloth and pumice stone. They (try to) upsell you on litterly ANYTHING, including services you have already paid for. But the absolute worst of all was the 60 min massage. They let me lie there for 15 minutes and did not complete the 60 min at all, 30 min at best. But my partner did not get massaged at all. The masseuse was on her phone with headphones in the entire 60 min, only 'stroking' him a couple of times. And when trying to voice any concerns they (pretend?) Not to understand you, while they solely seem to work with tourists. You're just a cashcow to them and 100% treated as such. It was absolute waisted money and time. As a bonus me and my partner both got skin infections over our entire bodies. Please do yourself a giant favor and...
Read moreAvoid this place. When we arrived we were pressured by the taxi driver (who said he owned the hamam) to get other massages along with the Turkish bath. Booked through Daily Tours at the tourist bazaar near Kusadasi resort hotel. Only £10 each but the owner was incredibly rude. When we arrived I counted out the money on the table and he started criticising how I was counting it. Condescending and trying to make me feel inferior saying: "you wouldn't do this in your own country. This is how you count it." He wouldn't allow me to take a photo of my daughter in the Turkish bath even though it was only our family in the bath and we were covered in suds anyway. He said: "how can you take a photo when you have nothing on". We were wearing swim suits and hamam towels. It was extremely awkward and confusing. Jacuzzi was freezing. Little was explained. We didn't know what the salt room was for. The Turkish bath was actually fine but the rudeness of the owner was so bad that it spoiled the entire experience because we knew we'd have to return with him...
Read moreI would definitely not recommend it. We booked through a travel agency. Once we arrived there, we already were pressured by the owner to book extra services. After a lot of denying, we were finally able to go to the turkish bath. As tourists, we received little to no orientations at all of how it worked. At the very moment I laid in the marble of the female bath, I once again had to face the pressure to book extra services while I was taking the bath, with the staff asking me "Why? Am I not good?". So the last thing I was able to in this place was to relax. Not sure if it was because of my denying, but the bath was super fast and poorly made - once I went out, me and my husband compared our experiences and his in the male bath was totally different, without all the pressure and...
