Ladies Beach Restaurant Cafe & Bar — Restaurant in Kuşadası

Myself and my wife have been visiting Kusadasi for many years now and while we would visit Ladies Beach for a stroll and a coffee during the day we never went in the evening, preferring to dine in Kusadasi itself. WHAT A MISTAKE ! This year we went there in the evening to try it and happened upon the Ladies Beach Café/Restaurant.

I cannot rate this restaurant highly enough. The setting, the service, the ambiance, the quality of the food and the menu is second to none. The food was always of the highest quality and presented beautifully while being very reasonably priced.

We were also impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, (a special shout out to Matt) who would do their utmost to cater for any request(s) we had.

I would also like to thank the owner/manager Salih, a lovely, friendly unassuming man, who would personally greet us and make sure everything was up to both his, and more importantly our expectations.

Needless to say, we ate here on more than a couple of occasions during our recent visit to Turkey, just sorry we didn't discover it sooner.

We followed the good reviews of this place and decided to spend our evening dinner at ladies beach in this restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience was not good at all. We had to wait almost 1 hour for our overpriced food, which arrived faulty and partly cold. For example, first we were served red instead of white wine, then the completely wrong order, and then the wrong side dishes - which also were cold. Also, we ordered the boneless fish and received fish that was full of fishbones! I understand that this restaurant is busy, but that should not interfere with the quality. On top of all, we were asked which sauce we want for the steak one of us ordered and were charged 40 lira extra for it!!

Actually I would have given 1 star but if your stomach is ok later on at least you didn't have upset stomach then it deserve an extra star. We were recommend but the curry chicken ordered the chicken came not diced but cut into huge pieces with side dish of rice and salad leaves and a slice of onion. The sauce of the chicken was not curry , not even near it The presentation of the dish was so big ,3 people could feed of it. I mean it was also a turn off because you won't be able to finish it plus taking home chicken is not hygiene and healthy to eat later.
