We were brought to this fancy leather clothing store by our a tour guide. They were adamant that their leather is high quality and guarantee the craftsmanship.

I purchased 2 leather jackets. One was high quality but the second one was worn only twice and started ripping at the pockets when putting the cell phone inside.

I don’t speak Turkish so a telephone number is not helpful.

It would be great to have their email address. Then I can hope for an exchange.
