Forest Mall — Local services in Kampala

Forest Mall is a large shopping mall located in the Lugogo neighborhood of Kampala. It is the largest mall in Uganda and has a wide variety of stores, including supermarkets, clothing stores, electronics stores, and restaurants. The mall also has a cinema and a children's play area.

I visited Forest Mall recently and was impressed with the size and selection of stores. I found everything I was looking for, and the prices were very reasonable. The mall is also very clean and well-maintained.

The staff at Forest Mall was friendly and helpful. They were always willing to answer my questions and help me find what I was looking for. I had a very positive experience at Forest Mall and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to shop in Kampala.

Its near shoprite along lugogo bypass Its well equipped with services like banking,shopping every kind of product with a cool environment that allows one to relax his or her minds when taking a blast in any of the amazing restaurants there for example KFC, Mr tasty chicken, and many more amazing restaurants serving good dishes both international and local. there is ample parking with wheel chair accessible entrance and accessible parking enough for may customers. Banks are available their to provide banking services to people forexample Centenary, standard chattered bank,, stanbic, dfcu, baclays. To mention but a few. If you're a booser : Good bars are available with a quiet environment that allows you sip your drink with a relax of your mind. For those with issues with network companies like Airtel and Mtn services are just also available to serve to the best. ATM services for almost all banks are also available and mobile money to allow people access their cash easily. There are also saloons that are classic and unisex as they serve both men and ladies with the best services. Security is tight here so less risky place. NB:Most services here are moderately expensive so if your a low income earner you may probably not...

Terrible customer service in my opinion. Just opened account here, feel like closing it all together. Lost 2 business days on something that could have just been a text message. If you not ready for Internet banking, it's ok.just don't waste people time. People don't want to come to the branch it costs money and time. I would review this branch zero star. How can someone spend 3 hours to perform a simple task again which could be a simple text. The staff act all important, elegant and ignorant! How do you set up someone on Internet banking and you don't think its important to let them know that there is a default limit ,and when they call for help, you say come to the branch!!!
