This place is an absolute disaster. The so-called “supervisors” are outright rude and unprofessional. What we ordered is not even close to what we got .we ordered for roasted fish they brought deep fried fish and instead of bringing meat they packed the plate with plantain we didnt ask for . — and for the ridiculous prices they charge, it’s nothing but daylight robbery. Complete waste of money. Never stepping foot here again, and I’ll warn everyone I know to stay far away from this joke of a place.
No Wi-Fi, no basic courtesy — you even have to beg for a damn toothpick. The place is swarming with flies like a filthy market, yet they can’t even bother to put candles to keep them away. The drinks are watered down garbage, the music is dull and depressing, and the whole experience is honestly insulting.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this dump at all costs. If you are dying to come here please come with toothpick ,insectside for the flies and toilet paper .Thank you if there was an option of negative stars...
Read moreThe worst place in Kampala with the worst service right from the gate to the slow waiters and waitresses. Thrice on hot weather, I was told to pour my personal water in a bottle out or leave it at the gate which poses a security concern. Where on earth have you ever seen a place where they tell you to enter a restaurant you have to leave your water bottle at the gate? Not even Serena, Grand imperial or any sensible high end restaurant in Kamapala has such rubbishness- that Leave my bottle with a stranger and then drink that water afterwards? With the insecurity in Kampala where poisinging is a daily occurrence. Plus the second and third time, I explained it to the manager who was very arrogant insisting on this rubbish rule! I've never spent less than 600k here, I'll take my money where the workers and managers know that the customer is king and custonef service and experience is important. Never to return never to recommend....
Read moreI finally made it to Torino Bar and restaurant. I had heard so much about the ambience there. It was a nice place to be today for lunch and i enjoyed my pork rib. I am however disturbed at how bars like yours spring up in small suburbs of Kampala and make life difficult for the local residents in the neighborhood. What must have been a quiet and serene environment is now filled with music and other miscellaneous noise from traffic and people outside. What was a nice green pavement is now a rocky, dusty and bare ground space used for parking cars and the embankment is eroding away. the road now has numerous potholes. Can you guys show that you care for community good around you and for Kampala as a whole. Create proper, neat and clean parking area for your customers, don't...
