Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior of Grocery Supervisor at Carrefour Jumeirah Park Pavilion
Dear Carrefour Management,
I would like to file a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience I had today at your Carrefour branch in Jumeirah Park Pavilion.
While I was at the counter, I realized that my bananas did not have a barcode. I approached one of your grocery supervisors, a Filipino staff member whose name I believe is Jervey (though I am not entirely sure). I asked for his assistance, but he completely ignored me and showed no concern or willingness to help.
I was very disappointed by his attitude. As a supervisor, I expected him to be approachable, attentive, and professional, especially when assisting customers. His behavior was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the level of service Carrefour is known for.
I hope that proper action will be taken to address this matter and to ensure that other customers do not experience the same treatment in the future.
