Dear Starbucks Customer Service,
I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years, but I’m disappointed with the service at this branch. I regularly can’t find sugar-free syrup, which is essential for my usual order even my daily avocado sandwich. Despite raising this with the supervisor multiple times, no action has been taken, and the staff, especially Swindy, have been unhelpful and disrespectful.

Choki, Aris, Faraj, Nikey, Kate, (a nice nepali barrista) they are all great & take care of us as regular customer.
Except the male supervisor....don't know his name. Absolutely bad service, enough to never go this branch again.
