On the 6th of September I tried to purchase a Microsoft subscription at this store. The system did not generate a receipt but the money was deducted from my account. However I was told that the amount would be back in my account within 3-5 business days. 10 days later when I have not yet received my money back I visited to store again for an update. I met the manager who took my number and was told that she would get in touch with me with a update. To date I have not heard from the manager. Carrefour customer service have been abysmal, even after I have provided a statement of accounts from my bank showing that the amount has been deducted. I have not received an update on what Carrefour is doing to help with this situation. All they do is keep asking me to check with my bank.
