I want to express my concerns and disappointment regarding one of the instructors, Ms. Patma. After attending her sessions and reading through several other reviews, it's clear that many students have experienced the same issues.

The biggest problem is her constant yelling. While I understand that some level of discipline is part of any training, her approach goes beyond that. The shouting is excessive, unprofessional, and creates a very stressful environment that makes it hard to focus and learn.

What’s worse is that she seems unwilling to actually teach. Instead of patiently guiding or correcting mistakes, she often resorts to intimidation and raising her voice. It feels like she’s more interested in scolding than in helping students improve. This kind of behaviour really discourages learning and makes people afraid to ask questions or participate.

There are also serious concerns about safety during practical lessons. Her lack of proper instruction and constant shouting can be distracting and even dangerous in situations that require clear, calm guidance. That’s something that shouldn't be taken lightly.

These aren’t just my opinions—many others have shared similar experiences. There’s a pattern here, and I think it’s something the school should seriously look into. Instructors should create a safe and supportive learning environment, not one that feels like a warzone.
