Biryaniwalla & Co what a disgrace to Hyderabadi Biryani and Hyderabad itself.

Being Hyderabadi we love our biryani and are proud of the Hyderabadi biryani and how popular it's is but when a brand, that in reality is a newcomer in Hyderabad come to Dubai with a promise of service Hyderabad biryani end up making a mess of it that too twice is not acceptable.

The first visit a few months ago was for a single mutton biryani which turned out to have just a few scraps of mutton.

Yesterday we ordered the zafrani mutton biryani for two at AED 45, I mentioned about how last time it was more a veg biryani as there was hardly any mutton, they said don't worry won't happen again

I went to pick up pushed open the door to find it hits a table that's full of umcleared plates half eaten biryani everywhere you have to slide in sideways to get in.

There's nobody at the counter then someone ask my name brings the biryani and asks for cash I said am paying with card and he grumbled a bit finally took the machine out.

Paid n went home the mutton was there, the flavor was OK but there was absolutely no trace of the zafran not a whif

Needless to say no more visits to Biryaniwalla & Co please shut...

Quantity is less when compared with the price.....Tasted Mini Chicken platter, Zaffrani Chicken 65 Briyani, Zaffrani Chicken Briyani....The mint sauce served for the chicken platter was excellent ..... The mirchi ka salan @ gravy was not up to my expectations and the quantity was also less.... RAITHA was good.....tender chicken pieces were used for the platter and it had 3 different flavours Murg malai tikka , murg chakori kebab, murg ke shole and Reshmi kebab.... Tasted good and properly cooked but the colors were on the higher side even after washing the hands.....When it comes to Briyani the masala mix was proper ..... The dum was perfect......The essential other spices were properly cooked......Mini platter comes @ AED 37 , Zaffrani Chicken 65 Briyani @ AED 23 , Zaffrani Chicken...

Feedback on Recent Order – Biryani Wala, Dubai Gardens

I’m writing to share a disappointing experience with a recent order placed from Biryani Wala (Dubai Gardens).

Taste: Unfortunately, the taste did not meet expectations. Given that biryani is your core offering, we expected more in terms of flavor and quality.

Quantity: This was especially concerning. The family pack was advertised to serve 4–5 people, but in reality, it was barely enough for 3. This caused a very awkward situation in front of our guests, as the food fell short.

Delivery: The order was also delayed by nearly an hour beyond the promised time, adding to the frustration.

Overall, this was a very unsatisfactory experience, particularly during a time when we were hosting guests. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the quality and...
