Walked in for lunch today at around 2PM and we received the most appalling service. Staff were not courteous, polite, or respectful. As we entered there was no one at the reception so we proceeded to look for a table at which point a staff member saw us and rudely told us off for entering and told us to wait as there were other people waiting. While waiting at the reception, we noticed another group of people who came in after us who were given seating. We spoke to another staff member bringing this up and she did not care and walked away mid conversation. We then requested to speak to a manger who also did not even care to hear us out or the issue we had. All the staff just continued to tell us to sit and wait for a table. Service was pathetic and we receive far better service in small cafeterias. We were so put off that we left the premises and went elsewhere to eat. The ambience & the staff were fantastic. The food was delicious.

-The Hyderabadi nizami biryani & the Amritsari fish tikka are worth trying. -The fish tikka is also suitable for someone that doesn’t like fish, it doesn’t taste fishy at all, one of the best I’ve tried! -The sultan e gosht biryani is also suitable for someone that doesn’t like mutton usually, their mutton is so tender and almost tastes like beef! -The butter chicken biryani is not good, wouldn’t recommend. -They have okayish mango lassi. Their strawberry lemonade is delicious but tastes of some artificial syrup that’s not exactly strawberry-flavoured. Still refreshing & fun to drink though!

this review is for the Dubai restaurant in Al Garhoud I ordered the same food - Amritsari Murgh and Chicken Tikka Masala - the food was full of flavour. North Indian cuisine at its best here in Dubai .

I used Deliveroo for delivery but called the restaurant after placing the order to ensure my specific requirements were understood. They were 100% I was very impressed with the helpful and professional nature of the telephone host - Jyoti (she was great) Compliments to the chef Shafat Ali

I intend to visit the restaurant soon and look forward to dining their amazing dishes
