Such an unpleasant place to live. Don't go there and look for a better place.

When I arrived at the building they told me that my studio was not available, that someone else had occupied it. I had to wait more than two hours for them to give me a room and the next day I moved to another and the next week to another, in total I changed rooms 3 times moving my things from one place to another until they gave me the studio for the one who had signed the contract

The place is unpleasant, poor hygiene. The lobby is always full of toys, shoes, leftover food and anything the manager's children think of leaving in their path. There are children playing and shouting around all the time. The garbage shunts get clogged and the people who live there don't even take the time to throw the garbage into the shunt. They just accumulates it in the garbage room. The place smells of garbage 24/7 and the mosquitoes and cockroaches are unbearable. The wifi didn't work while I was there and they never wanted to answer for it. You have to pay outrageously high Dewa charges for such a small space. The rental price is high for a place in such poor condition and the people in charge of the place are totally negligent and will always find excuses not to return your deposit. They do not have any type of professional ethics. Take the time to look for a better place and avoid these inconveniences since it is quite unpleasant...

I live and work here in Dubai, so I was renting the room as accommodation. Had a lovely stay for I think 4 months until I think a new manager was employed in the finance department. I used to pay my rent by cash to the caretaker then I started receiving messages from this lady to pay at the bank hence I will attract a penalty of 25aed should I chose to pay by hand. I tried to understand the new development as we chat along and she only 25aed is difficult for me to pay. Actually it wasn't about the penalty but the way she communicated was as if she's the one feeding me. There had been quite a few bothering moments until one time, rent was increased just when it was due to pay rent. No notice period given etc and this same finance lady was so insistent. She really has a communication problem and I pray she fix it. Sadly I had to look for a place where my money will be valued. The cleaners were amazing especially the tall Cameroon guy. Amr Ahmed super helpful 🙏, always ready to fix all complaints and also talks with respect. Nice view...

This is a SCAM ! Be careful ! They are not pro at all ! They dont answer calls and when they do they dont speak or understand properly english. Moreover if your flight lands in middle of the night dont expect anyone to welcome you. They prefer to sleep and let you wait for hours until they come because they are anyway ensured of getting paid upfront through internet without refund policy… When they dared to show the room it was totally dirty and not cleaned moreover when trying to plug wifi it got shortage so place is also dangerous and not at all at norms on electricity. To be avoided at any cost !

UPDATE : as you can see the way they answer without remorse or apologies to a client with a total unprofessional tone proves my points ! I won't downgrade myself to publish proves they were totally aware & approved on my arrival timing & videos of how much dirty and dangerous was the room they presented to me. minimum decency should have been to settle this up by refunding instead of a totally mocking out of limits reply.
