Arabian Fame — Restaurant in Dubai

Ordered so many times the same dishes and the food normally taste and look different every time I order. Last night I decided to order the prawn biriyani and my regular order of prawns in garlic sauce. What supposed to be biriyani was just plain white rice and a few prawns on top. When i called they insisted it was prawn biryani after getting nowhere, I told them I'm indian and in no way was it biriyani. The guy immediately apologised and said they don't have biriyani so they just served the plain rice with prawns without informing me. Then when my partner came home after a long stressful day and very hungry went to have the prawn in garlic sauce, it was just prawns cook in garlic with NO SAUCE. Called again and he checked with the chef who confirmed there was no sauce. He apologised again and said it wouldn't happen again. By that time both of our appetite was disturbed. They did take away the what was supposed to be prawn biriyani and replaced it with a fried rice, but it was too late. Appetite was gone by that time. So disappointed in them not being able to maintain the quality and taste of food plus the very bad communication. All this could have been avoided had they mentioned that they didnt had the sauce and biriyani in the kitchen instead of making their own choice and sent what they liked thinking because of my British accent I may not know...

One of the best chicken shawarma (5AED) in Al Quoz. They even have beef shawarma. Their Arabic Shawarma (16AED) is also really good and saucy, unlike dry ones in so many places. والله عيب يستخدمون هالإسم خدمة سيئة جدا أنا واقف ونزلت من الموتر علشان أطلب جاي كرك بتواضع ولاحد عبرني بعدين واحد يا قال طلبت!! وخبر الموظف الثاني يحط زنجبيل وخبرته يحط جلاص كبير. وعطاني جلاص شكله مستخدم أو حد عاضنه ما أعرف وجلاص صغير وبعدين ياب الهيل ويوم عطيته بيزات ياريال الساعة 12:38 يعني عنده خردة. يقول شوف ماعندك خرده قلت له شوف البوك علشان اتصدق. طول ما الواحد يدفع المفروض مايتكلم بالعكس المفروض يستانس يحصل خردة 100 يفتك من الخردة. وفيه موتر ثاني من متى يدق لهم هرن ولاحد عبره.

يفضل تقديم الخضار مغسول.

فرق كبير بين مطعم فولجا فيه برياني ملباري وأرخص وإهني 16درهم وشكله هب نظيف يقول برياني عربي.

المواقف تخطيتها صعبة جدا مستحيل إتوقف سيدا إلا للمرة الرابعة وشكله خطر يوم ترجع.

طلع هالمطعم فرع بإسم ثاني مال كل وإشرب لكن فرق سماء والأرض بين ها المطعم ومطعم شركة الأم.

المغسل هب نظيف صوب الصابون ويستخدمون صابون وعيان 🤷 ليش هالقد غالي.
