The Arcade by Hub Zero — Local services in Dubai

Definitely nothing like the impressive Hub Zero that was at City Walk. Obviously way fewer choices and much smaller.

Still a good place for little kids that enjoy arcades and gaming... but if you're taking an avid gamer or someone above 10 years old there, they're probably going to be done within an hour or so.

Limited variety in terms of games and it doesn't help that they've disabled any multiplayer game's second seat because of Covid-19 - so any kid will have to play games on single mode.

The place has a simple layout and good effort on the decor/ ambience, plus they score points worth the older crowd because they've put in some old school arcade games and activities like air hockey, Pac man, Street Fighter, and...

We went there and we got a card with only 50 AED because we wanted to try the games so we were playing then after 2 games every game we tried it didn’t work so We asked a worker to assist us so he did then we wanted to redeem our tickets because we used the arcades card not ours so then e tried to use the card then he said we wasted all the money but we only used like 25 AED from the card, so i don’t recommend going there because...

ONE OF MY WORST EXPERIENCES EVER!!!!

If I could give this place half a star I wouldn’t, went there today with a group of friends & was OVER disappointed with the service & arcades offered. We charged our card with 230 Dhs and it was over within 45 minutes although we barely played any games because each and every game was faulty and stalled atleast once😂 sad to say but I actually have never been as disappointed...
